MOHAVE COUNTY – Late this afternoon, the Mohave County Health Department (MCDPH) Nursing staff was notified of four new confirmed COVID-19 cases and three deaths.
Two of the deaths are previously reported cases in the Kingman area. One of them is an individual who is in the 50-59 year age range and the other is a 70-79 person. The third death is a 70-79 year age range individual in the Lake Havasu area.
Of the four new positive cases, three of them are from the Bullhead City service area. One is 80-89, hospitalized and linked to another case. One is in the 19-29 year age range, recovering at home and the case is under investigation. The third case is 30-39, recovering at home, and is not linked to another case. The fourth and final new case is 60-69, from the Lake Havasu City area, recovering at home and linked to another case.
There are now 61 positive confirmed cases in the Lake Havasu City area, including seven deaths, 210 in Kingman, with a total of 28 deaths there, 9 cases in “North County,” formerly referred to as “Other”(composed of a number of smaller Mohave County communities,) and 48 in Bullhead City, including three deaths. There are now a total of 38 deaths in the county from the disease. Total positive cases, 328.
