MOHAVE COUNTY The Mohave County Procurement Department has issued a rare and unique opportunity for parties interested in the responsible development and/or long-term lease opportunities for the County’s circa 1910 Historic Jail.  Alternative considerations include ownership acquisition or relocation and repurposing for entertainment or other compatible use.  The unoccupied structure exists on the National Register of Historic Places (No. 83002990) and is adjacent to the new Mohave County Law and Justice Center, currently under construction.

The RFI Questionnaire for interested parties and related documents are available online through the Mohave County Procurement Department’s website at:http://procurementbids.mohavecounty.us.
