Construction in Valle Vista

Dear Editor,

Valle Vista Property Owners Association has several requirements for construction, including that each builder must obtain a copy of the CLRs and bylaws. Other requirements are to obtain a Valle Vista POA permit. There is no fee for this permit, but the builder must submit much the same information as to obtain a Mohave County building permit.

Observation of the construction by Valle Vista and compliance with the materials and color schedule does not constitute nor is it intended as acceptance of any item of work an any nature whatsoever.
