CLRs should be followed

Dear Editor,

Valle Vista is a property owners association.

Our amenities include a golf course, club house, restaurant, bar, park with tennis court, playground, and pool.

We are governed by the Arizona Revised Statutes, Articles of Incorporation, and Covenants, Limitations and Restrictions, and By Laws.

All prospective buyers must be given a copy of these prior to decision to purchase in Valle Vista. A second copy of each will be included in the Valle Vista welcome packet after purchase.

We are requesting that each realtor furnish each prospective buyer with a copy of each.

Furthermore, our governing documents require that For Sale or For Rent signs are placed on private property only. Mohave County does not allow these signs in the row. The governing documents also prescribe the type and size of the signs.

By following our governing documents, we can avoid violation notices to property owners.

Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Kim R. Gaines

Valle Vista Council of Co-Owners
