Born in Glendale, CA. and resident of Kingman, Az. for the past 24 years. Teresa was a veteran of U.S. Naval Intelligence Services Russian language program at the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, CA.and spoke fluent Russian and Spanish. In loving memory of Christine Margret Brackney (Lancaster), born May 11, 1932 in Little Rock, Ark. She died March 17, 2024 in Kingman, Ariz. She was an amazing woman. While she worked two jobs and managed to raise six children, and was there anytime you needed a hug, kiss or an ‘I love you.’ There was always an open plate on her table. After graduating from MCUHS, she settled in Phoenix, where she worked for the school and then retired to Kingman.
