BULLHEAD CITY – With the cut of two ribbons and the punch of a button, the Colorado River Union High School District has launched an educational television station available to Suddenlink customers in Bullhead City, Ft. All of the new apparatus are E-One Typhoon engines that were custom-built for their department, with a 450 horsepower cummings engine, 750-gallon water tank, and 30-gallon CAFS (Compressed Air Foam System) also housed with a fitted Darly water pump. Each engine has a six-person capacity, rooftop storage compartments, large rear compartments, an enclosed ladder tunnel, LED lighting, and updated computer technology. KINGMAN – Construction will begin Monday, October 12, at 7:00 a.m. and continue through 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 13, 2020. The work will be in the Airway Avenue and Prospector Street intersection. Detours will be in place and flaggers may be used at times. The contractor, Kincheloe Construction, is working to insure access to residences and White Cliffs Middle School and Desert Willow Elementary School. BULLHEAD CITY – Motorists on State Route 95, between Bullhead City and Fort Mohave, should expect overnight delays and alternating lane restrictions starting Tuesday, Oct. 13, during construction of a raised median at two locations during the next several months. 7th Street to Aviation Way: Construction in Bullhead City is scheduled to begin Tuesday, Oct. 13, and be complete in December. Southern end of Bullhead City Parkway to Aztec Road: Work is scheduled to begin Sunday, Oct. 18, and will include the removal of the existing curb, gutter and sidewalk.
