Kingman city council caught off guard by indictment of city business partner

KINGMAN – Kingman City Manager Ron Foggin informed elected officials and municipal management team members Monday that he was caught off guard by news of the indictment of a city business partner for an alleged campaign contribution violation. Body recovered of woman who drown in Colorado river

TOPOCK ­– The body of a second Valley Center, California resident has been recovered from the Colorado River, in the area of Topock Gorge, about 15 miles north of Lake Havasu.
