Cyclist critically injured in crash

KINGMAN – A Kingman man is expected to survive after being critically injured when the bicycle he was operating struck a Honda minivan on Thursday, July 27. “The bicyclist was crossing the intersection of E. The Arizona Department of Transportation is seeking public comments about the draft Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP), which includes a recommended strategy for using anticipated limited funding to preserve existing highways across rural Arizona over the next 25 years.
