WORCS off road racing a thrill for young and old

LAKE HAVASU CITY – Off road motocross racing returned over the weekend at WORCS off road racing motorcycle event. This was a three-day event held Friday through Sunday, March 15 through 17, at Island Race Track.   Established in 2001, WORCS has invited amateur and professional riders to experience the most current series in off-road racing. KINGMAN – A local judge has removed himself from the Brady Shuffler case, bringing indefinite sentencing delay for a Kingman community that had been focused on criminal chapter closure. Mohave County Superior Court Judge Derek Carlisle’s case recusal occurred during a March 14 emergency hearing at the Law and Justice Center in Kingman. Two killed in single-vehicle rollover

MOHAVE COUNTY – Two young adults were killed in a single vehicle rollover traffic incident on Interstate 40 late Sunday, March 17. Elder leads police on chase

LAKE HAVASU CITY – Lake Havasu City police are trying to determine why an elderly local resident led police on a dangerous pursuit last weekend. Authorities said a 2011 Chevrolet Equinox disregarded traffic control devices as it sped past officers who were blocking an intersection for the Lake Havasu Triathlon at 9:00 a.m. Sunday, March 17.
