Local military historian Tom Saluzzo shows off his newly acquired UC-45J aircraft, to Richard
Masci on the flight line at the Kingman Airport. This particular airplane started its life in 1943 as
an AT-7 Navigator trainer with the army Air Force. It was transferred to the navy post war and
served until 1972 as a UC-45J Transport. Saluzzo’s goal is to restore the aircraft to a static display status and place it somewhere that the public can see it and admire a piece of military history that trained flight crews across three decades. Is it possible to be impartial?
We ask our juries to do just that—be impartial without favoritism toward a particular viewpoint.
Often the requisite for impartiality is a dispassionate view of another’s circumstance. The facts are presented, and the juror is charged with discerning the reasonableness, fairness, and, ultimately, the defensibility of their conclusion.

BULLHEAD CITY – Fire damaged a residential structure fire in Bullhead City on June 6. Fire department personnel deployed at about 4:21 a.m. to the incident in the 1800 block of Sea Breeze Lane.
