LAKE HAVASU – Multiple agencies responded to a downed airplane near Lake Havasu on Sunday, Dec. 22. Mohave County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) Division of Boating Safety, members of the MSCO Dive and Rescue Team, and Lake Havasu City Fire Department personnel converged at Lake Havasu where they had received multiple reports that a plane went down over the lake. BULLHEAD CITY – On Wednesday, December 18, several of Bullhead City Fire Department (BHCFD) crews responded to a singlewide mobile home fire in the 2200 block of Coronado Dr. Firefighters confirmed that all occupants had safely evacuated the home, began an offensive attack and were able to knock down the blaze quickly. BHCFD Captain Campbell advised that a closed bedroom door kept the fire from spreading to additional areas in the home and no injuries were reported. The Red Cross assisted the occupants.
