KINGMAN – A Kingman man is going to the Arizona Department of Corrections after pleading guilty in a two-year-old drunk driving traffic fatality.
MOHAVE VALLEY – A Mohave Valley man involved in a sales enterprise involving stolen vehicles, motorcycles and quads and their parts and pieces, has entered a plea agreement that will send him to the Arizona Department of Corrections.
KINGMAN – A mandatory prison plea agreement has been entered to resolve another child pornography case. Terms of the deal unveiled March 6 will send Dylan Sturgin, 20, Kingman, to prison for seven years, followed by lifetime probation.
A prosecutor’s push for more incarceration was negated by a local judge who ordered no further jail time for a Fort Mohave woman originally charged with a mix of fraud, burglary, trafficking stolen property and credit card theft offenses in a 22-count indictment.
KINGMAN – A local judge has granted the defense request for probation rather than prison for a Golden Valley man who assaulted the mother of his two children. Samuel Beck, 32 pleaded guilty to aggravated assault for the violence last October.
