BULLHEAD CITY – A Bullhead City woman was released from the Mohave County Jail following imposition of sentence in an impaired driving incident that included a crash and a scuffle with police officers. KINGMAN – A Bullhead City man charged in an episode of violence evades a possible prison sentence under terms of a plea agreement entered in Mohave County Superior Court on August 13. Terms of the deal require Judge Rick Lambert to place Tyler Ziilch, 38, on probation at a September 9 sentencing hearing. Judge Lambert also has discretion to order up to a year in the county jail and up to $20,000 in restitution. MOHAVE VALLEY – A Mohave Valley man told a judge last Friday that he killed his girlfriend early this year to end her suffering. Mohave County Superior Court Judge ordered a 13-year prison term for James Manker, 28. It was revealed during the sentencing hearing that Manker was severely disabled when he drove drunk and crashed a vehicle when he was a teenager about a decade ago. LAKE HAVASU – Three Lake Havasu City residents had their criminal matters resolved during hearings last Thursday at the Mohave County Courthouse in Kingman. The harshest punishment came in three drug cases involving Michael-Shawn Boultinghouse, 37. Superior Court Judge Derek Carlisle sent Boultinghouse to prison for 8.5 years. He was convicted of 2 narcotic drug related counts in a plea agreement that dismissed a mix of other charges.
