BULLHEAD CITY – A Bullhead City woman who has admitted involvement in defrauding a local tire shop of thousands of dollars could end up in the Arizona Department of Corrections. Rhiannon Sullivan, 25, entered a plea agreement in Mohave County Superior Court on July 28. KINGMAN – Mohave County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) deputies arrested Jacob Patrick Frazell, 26, of Kingman on Wednesday morning, July 29 for possession of dangerous drugs, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and an outstanding warrant, all felonies. According to a MCSO spokesperson, at approximately 1:00 a.m., deputies contacted Frazell in the area of Swan Drive and Bluebird Lane. A record check showed Frazell to have a felony warrant for possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia issued by Kingman Justice Court.
