Two Bullhead City men nabbed in a sting operation targeting adult sexual predators of children entered identical plea agreements during back-to-back hearings that Judge Billy Sipe conducted in Kingman on April 14.
KINGMAN – A Kingman man who fired upon another vehicle during a road rage incident last year avoided prison while drawing probation and jail time at his April 13 sentencing hearing.
KINGMAN – A Kingman man arrested in a fentanyl seizure faces a possible prison sentence after entering a plea agreement during an April 10 hearing at the Mohave County Law and Justice Center. Arthur Kerns, 70, is convicted of a charge reduced to attempted transportation of a narcotic drug for sale.
LAKE HAVASU CITY – Another five-year prison term has been ordered for a second Apple Valley, California man who entered a plea agreement for transporting drugs to sell in Lake Havasu City. Jeffery Prochazka, 36, was sentenced by Judge Billy Sipe on Friday, April 10.
KINGMAN – One of three women charged in a four-pound methamphetamine seizure in Bullhead City has been placed on probation with no further jail time. Dara Tristan, 47, was sentenced April 8 by Mohave County Superior Court Judge Megan McCoy.
