Second Street will be required for the continued construction of the Andy Devine Avenue ADA improvements project beginning Monday morning, January 13. N. Second St. from Beale St. to Andy Devine Ave. will be closed to through traffic for approximately two weeks. A detour route around the construction zone will be provided to motorists and pedestrians.
