KINGMAN – As public health officials work to prevent the spread of COVID-19, several locations have closed and organizers have cancelled events in the city of Kingman and across the state. For the safety of customers and team members the City of Kingman will be canceling all group events and postponing until further notice the remainder of their recreation leagues, dance classes and all department sponsored group events. MOHAVE COUNTY – Mohave Community College will extend spring break one week for students, and cancel public events on its campuses in response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19). The announcement was made during the College Governing Board meeting on Friday, March 13. Students begin spring break on March 16, and will resume classes on March 30. If you chose to drink, please don’t drive. The “luck of the Irish” will be with you if you designate a sober driver!
