Transient killed in vehicle-pedestrian accident

Bullhead City Police are investigating a fatal vehicle-pedestrian collision on Highway 95, just north of 1st Street. Agency spokeswoman Emily Fromelt said the incident occurred at about 5:10 p.m. on Tuesday.
   “A male transient reportedly stepped onto the roadway and he was struck by an oncoming vehicle,” Fromelt said. “An officer began CPR until paramedics arrived.”
   The name of the 68-yearold man who was pronounced deceased on scene is withheld pending notification of kin.
