Andy Devine ADA project update – A full street closure of N. Second Street will be required for the continued construction of the Andy Devine Avenue ADA improvements project beginning Monday morning, January 13. N. Second St. from Beale St. to Andy Devine Ave. will be closed to through traffic for approximately two weeks. A detour route around the construction zone will be provided to motorists and pedestrians. KINGMAN – For the City of Kingman Façade Improvement Program, Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is bringing together the City of Kingman and DreamSpring, a nonprofit that makes business loans. The purpose of this training is to bridge the gap of knowledge and finances for the Façade Improvement Program.
