KINGMAN – The City of Kingman aquatics facilities will open Monday, May 25, and will operate next week Monday – Saturday, May 30, from 1-5:00 p.m. due to limited staffing. As staff is expanded, the city will update the community to changing hours of operation. Yvonne Collins celebrated her 90th birthday on May 18 at The Gardens in Kingman.  Because of COVID-19, the facility has been under quarantine since early March when she arrived there.  Thanks to the kindness of the staff, three generations of her family gathered outside her window with posters and balloons to honor her and share in her special day.

MCC Lake Havasu campus dean announces retirement MOHAVE COUNTY – Mohave Community College will say goodbye to a familiar face at the end of the school year. Lake Havasu campus dean, Jann Woods, will retire from MCC.   This is the second time Woods will retire from MCC. The first time she was Dean of Student Services and retired in 2013.
