-Free Ribbons Available at Main City Complex- KINGMAN, Ariz. –The City of Kingman is encouraging the community to support the statewide “Light Arizona Blue” (#LightAZBlue) initiative, by giving away free blue ribbons, of varying sizes, to the first140 people who visit the city complex.
