Waterway enforcement will be in effect over holiday weekend

MOHAVE COUNTY – The Mohave County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) Division of Boating Safety will be deploying patrol watercraft along the Colorado River and Lake Havasu this Memorial Day weekend, from the Bullhead City limits to the Parker Dam. Boating units will be enforcing Arizona law, while also educating, and assisting boaters. Emphasis will be placed on reckless operation, safety violations, and alcohol violations. LAKE HAVASU CITY – In order to allow for easier access into the Windsor State Park launch ramp, access to Windsor State Park will only be allowed from London Bridge Road, either northbound or southbound.
