KINGMAN – The Kingman Softball Association (KSA) is taking registration for the summer city league season. City Recreation Coordinator Ryan Fruhwirth said KSA plans to reduce the number of teams but hopes to provide the same number of games in a season that won’t start until late June or early July. Managers can register their teams from 10:00 a.m. to noon on Saturday, May 30 at the Centennial Park crow’s nest where the four main fields are situated, closer to the library. BULLHEAD CITY – The Bullhead City Shop with a Cop, a non-profit organization, has partnered with Desert River Kayak for a kayaking day trip on Sunday, June 28. Participants will be picked up at Rotary Park, 2315 Balboa Drive at the Don Sullivan non-motorized boat launch area at 6:30 a.m. to be shuttled to the launch location at Community Park. The trip lasts about 3 hours and will end at the Don Sullivan non-motorized launch at Rotary Park.
