Arizona Rangers were originally created by the Arizona Territorial Legislature in 1901 to deal with the outlaws and banditos in the sparsely populated Arizona Territory, mostly along the Mexican border. Former Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, center, was joined by former Graham County Sheriff Richard Mack as two top headliners of a constitutional rally at Great American Pizza Company in Golden Valley Saturday. Arpaio was signing copies of his books and both sheriffs were delivering speeches on how other law enforcement leaders can enforce and uphold constitutional law in their respective communities.
