Electronic filing in Domestic and Probate Law matters offered soon

MOHAVE COUNTY – Mohave County Superior Court is pleased to announce that eFiling will be available for subsequent filing in Domestic Relations, Probate, and Guardianship/Conservatorship cases beginning April 5.  The State of Arizona ramped up eFiling efforts in response to the COVID pandemic last year to reduce the amount of in-person traffic at the Courthouses across the state.  For information on the eFiling system and to register and train for its use, you can visit https://www.azcourts.gov/efilinginformation/eFileAZ. MCC expands more on campus services as county virus numbers improve

MOHAVE COUNTY – Mohave Community College Student Services Division employees are back to campus this week, as the college eased pandemic restrictions. A total of approximately two dozen employees are now back on the campuses, specifically to assist students and the public with a variety of services.  These services include assistance filling out the free college application, enrolling in classes, providing financial aid information, and offering assistance with any of the college virtual portals for students.   College advisors are not yet available for face-to-face appointments, but there is a designated Zoom meeting room on campus, so students can meet…

LAKE HAVASU CITY – There’s a renewed sense of optimism in Lake Havasu City, western Arizona’s Colorado River tourist destination 2-1/2 hours south of Las Vegas. On March 5, Arizona State Governor Douglas A. Ducey lifted specific occupancy percentage limitations for businesses. The distribution of vaccinations locally and statewide is now underway.
