KINGMAN — The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Kingman Field Office has completed an environmental assessment (EA) and is seeking public comment on the proposed issuance of a 10-year grazing permit on the Palmerita Ranch Allotment (DOI-BLM-AZ-C010-2023-0023-EA). Palmerita Ranch Allotment is located in La Paz and Mohave counties, Arizona. It is approximately 20 miles northwest of the town of Aguila and 7 miles east of Alamo Lake State Park. The EA includes analysis of five alternatives; four include different options for a grazing permit and a no grazing alternative is also included. KINGMAN – KRMC’s 34th Annual Charity Golf Tournament will take place at the Cerbat Cliffs Golf Course on Saturday, September 9, with a 7:30 am shotgun start. An awards ceremony will follow the end of play with lunch provided. Each player’s $100 entry fee includes green fees (with cart), a golf shirt, and a goody bag with a towel and other prizes. The tournament will also include raffles, cash prizes, and various challenges for the golfers. Two vital programs benefit from funds raised through our golf tournament: the KRMC Joan and Diana Hospice Home and the KRMC Foundation’s Catch It…
