When I was a child, my parents often hid my Christmas presents until they could wrap them and placed them under the tree. What they didn’t know is that I was on a mission to find them. Usually, one of the closets held the treasures and I celebrated my findings. The secret was out. LAKE HAVASU CITY – Chabad of Lake Havasu is welcoming the community to celebrate Hanukkah.  Founded in 2022 by Rabbi Mendel and Itta Super, their goal is to give a traditional Jewish history and customs to the Jewish people of Lake Havasu as well as the visitors that come to the town throughout the year.  They aim to serve those without access to the Jewish community. There are no fees associated when joining the synagogue.  Chabad offers many programs to benefit anyone interested, such as adult education, community service, and holiday celebrations.
