KINGMAN – On October 29, the City of Kingman and JE Fuller Hydrology & Geomorphology Inc. held a public open house at the City of Kingman City Hall as Phase 1 of Kingman Area Master Plan (KADMP). Eric Sparkman, Assistant City Engineer, and the members of JE Fuller team explained the phases for the Drainage Master Plan as well as provided possible flood area maps. The Kingman Veteran’s Parade will be held in downtown Kingman on Saturday, November 9 beginning at 10 a.m. The parade will begin at Fifth and Beale Sts., and proceed to First and Beale Sts.
