Summers promoted to sergeant

The Mohave County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) has announced the promotion of Stacy Summers to the rank of sergeant. Summers has demonstrated that he has the knowledge, experience, and drive to excel in his new rank at the Adult Detention Facility, and is recognized as a valuable member of MCSO. Summers started his career as a detention officer in August, 2013. In February  2018, he was promoted to corporal after excelling in his duties as a detention officer. MCC librarian earns spot in 2020 emerging leaders program

MOHAVE COUNTY – Mohave Community College’s Kingman campus librarian, Erin Roper, has been accepted into the American Library Association Emerging Leaders program for 2020. The program is for librarians who have no more than five years of experience in the field. KINGMAN Come and join White Cliffs Assisted Living Center for a monthly “Grief and Loss Support Group” on Wednesday, Jan. 15 at 6 p.m. These are group meetings to provide support to those who are struggling with issues related to grief and loss.
