KINGMAN – Saturday and Sunday , February 29- March 1, a Tristate Women’s Expo was held a the Mohave Fairgrounds. The event had more than 90 vendors participating this year. Of all the vendors, there were: Cosmetic Facial Tattooing, Color Street, Oasis Day Spa, Ashley’s Tu-Tully Cute Boutique, Baby Meets World 3D/4D Ultrasound Studio, Sweet Peas Photography, Hidden Treasures and many more. KINGMAN – The Kingman City Council voted March 3 to place two questions on the August 4 primary election ballot. One proposal would double from two to four years the length of the term of office served by the City’s mayor. City Manager Ron Foggin said most municipalities use a four year format for mayor. He said mayors can be distracted from their public service duties when they have to seek re-election every two years.
