MEC offers $5,000 school grant for renewable energy curriculum

BULLHEAD CITY – Mohave Electric Cooperative continues its support of education by announcing the $5,000 School Grant for renewable energy curriculum for 2021 / 2022 academic school year. Submittals are now being accepted for the grant from teachers and schools in MEC’s service territory until the August 20, 2021 deadline. One grant will be awarded. The grant application is simple. Submit a short, written description of the lesson plan that teaches about renewable energy and include materials and a cost breakdown. Interviews slated for Superior Court Judge, Clerk positions

KINGMAN – Members of Arizona Governor Doug Ducey’s executive staff will visit Kingman next week to conduct interviews of finalists contending for appointment to two prominent legal positions.
