City of Kingman secures grant for Industrial Park roadways 

KINGMAN – The City of Kingman has announced that it has been selected as one of the recipients of the 2024 Economic Strength Project Grant Award. This award will provide $450,000 to fund the reconstruction and paving of two vital streets within the Kingman Airport and Industrial Park.

The grant will be used to reconstruct and pave Transport Way and Government Way, which run from Mohave Airport Drive to Finance Way. This project is not only an investment in infrastructure but also a strategic effort to stimulate economic growth

MOHAVE COUNTY – Mohave Community College has been selected to participate in the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities VOLARÉ Institute, which was made possible through a grant from the National Science Foundation. BULLHEAD CITY – Mohave Electric Cooperative (MEC) announced the dates of their Annual and District Meetings. These MEC members-only meetings will be held the week of September 16, 2024. MEC annually holds district meetings for board elections, and a large annual meeting to inform members of the co-op’s yearly activities. MEC members can mark their calendars for the following dates:
