Bullhead City Council asks voters to approve funding for EPCOR water system

Bullhead City – The Bullhead City Council voted unanimously July 16, to ask voters to decide whether the city should issue debt to acquire EPCOR’s water system. The move follows many months of complaints from Bullhead City residents about EPCOR’s rate increases and which resulted in the city’s intervention into EPCOR’s recent rate increase case before the Arizona Corporation Commission. In March 2019, the city launched a thorough investigation to determine the value of EPCOR’s water system. Kingman, AZ – It should not take long for drivers in Arizona to spot the black and white Route 66 license plate as the eye catching specialty plate has achieved great success adorning a recorded 13,833 vehicles. Available since late 2016, the design and approval process for the specialty plate was lengthy and expensive. Requirements for an Arizona specialty plate include a $32,000 contribution, an organizational history of at least 30 years, and allocated monies to a charitable organization with 501 (c)(3) status. Big Industrial, LLC., a National Industrial Real Estate Investment Firm has acquired the 620,000 sq. ft. Knauf Insulation Facility located in the Kingman Airport Industrial Park and will offer it for lease to regional and national firms. KRMC building out HMMC floor for primary family health care

Kingman Regional Medical Center (KRMC) has three multi-million dollar building projects underway all at once. Many are aware that the largest employer in Mohave County is expanding its Emergency Department and its Cardiovascular Center at its main campus, but less visible to the public is a build out campaign at KRMC’s Hualapai Mountain Medical Campus (HMMC).
