BULLHEAD CITY – On Saturday, November 2, the Bullhead Fire Department partnered with Mohave County Environmental Quality holding the Residential Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day. The event is held bi-annually in the fall and spring, offering residents a safe way to dispose of unwanted household hazardous materials from their homes. A total of 267 vehicles went through the line at Saturday’s event, dropping off items such as old paint, used motor oil, old gasoline, batteries, and old tires. KINGMAN – On October 29, the City of Kingman and JE Fuller Hydrology & Geomorphology Inc. held a public open house at the City of Kingman City Hall as Phase 1 of Kingman Area Master Plan (KADMP). Eric Sparkman, Assistant City Engineer, and the members of JE Fuller team explained the phases for the Drainage Master Plan as well as provided possible flood area maps.
