Andy Devine construction will pause over holidays

KINGMAN – The construction crew for the Andy Devine Avenue ADA improvements project has taken down the traffic control along Andy Devine Ave. from Fourth Street to Third St. during the holiday season. There will be no lane restrictions or street closures along this section through January 5, 2020. Construction will begin again after the holidays, starting Monday, January 6, 2020, at 6:00 a.m. The travelling public can expect lane restrictions along Andy Devine Ave. from Fourth St. to Second St. for approximately two weeks. KINGMAN – In an effort to streamline customer service, Building & Life Safety and Planning & Zoning will be combined into one department: Community Development. This change will take place at the beginning of the New Year. Kingman Fire Department’s Building Official, Chris Young, will manage the Community Development Department.
