Bullhead City intends to acquire water utility BULLHEAD CITY – Bullhead City is preparing to go to court to try to take control of the assets of a local water company through eminent domain. The move is founded in voter approval last November for the city to seek acquisition of local EPCOR Water Inc., assets. KINGMAN – Saturday and Sunday , February 29- March 1, a Tristate Women’s Expo was held a the Mohave Fairgrounds. The event had more than 90 vendors participating this year. KINGMAN – The Kingman City Council voted March 3 to place two questions on the August 4 primary election ballot. One proposal would double from two to four years the length of the term of office served by the City’s mayor. City Manager Ron Foggin said most municipalities use a four year format for mayor. He said mayors can be distracted from their public service duties when they have to seek re-election every two years.
