BULLHEAD CITY –  In a quest to enhance the ability to report power outages, Mohave Electric Cooperative members can now text a notification. No changes to other reporting methods were made. Members can still call the (844)632-2667 Outage Reporting Hotline or sign into their SmartHub account. Askar resigns position Jan. 21 MOHAVE COUNTY – A Mohave County Public Defender resigned his position just five days after he was found in contempt of Court and fined by Superior Court Judge Rick Lambert. Judge Lambert and indigent defense attorney Jamie Askar engaged in a very unique and somewhat heated exchange between hearings on January 16. Free community information workshops resume at Fieldhouse

BULLHEAD CITY – The Bullhead City Elementary and Colorado River Union High School Districts are resuming free community information workshops funded by 21st Century Community Learning Center grants.  This year, the workshops are being moved from Tuesdays to Wednesdays.
