BULLHEAD CITY – The Co-op Connections Expo is back and ready to help Mohave Electric Cooperative members save on everyday needs. The free expo will take place 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, March 7 at the Bullhead Area Chamber of Commerce. KINGMAN –The Historic Route 66 Association of Arizona is developing a new art space in the Arizona Route 66 Museum at the Powerhouse Visitor Center in Kingman.  The exhibit space will feature Route 66 art on an annual rotating basis. The first exhibit will feature the work of Bob Waldmire. As a former member of the Association, and previous owner of a Route 66 Arizona business, the Hackberry General Store, the Association was eager to honor Bob for his contributions to Route 66 Arizona by exhibiting his works in the inaugural show. MOHAVE COUNTY – Mohave Community College’s Dental Hygiene program recently held Give Kids a Smile Day at the Bullhead City campus.   Dental hygiene students provided free teeth cleanings, fluoride treatment, sealants and oral hygiene tips to uninsured children ages 4 – 14. Dental assistant students also participated in the event. Lexi Borland, a second-year dental hygiene student, enjoys participating in the event because she gets to see different kids throughout the day. “I like that you get to see so many kids it’s fun and everyone is so different,” said Borland.
