KINGMAN – The Kino Avenue Waterline Project updated closure is currently at the Morrow Avenue and North Glen Road intersection, and also Plaza Drive from Morrow Ave. to Khan Dr. will be closed until April 24, barring any weather delays. The contractor, Freiday Construction, is working with residents in the area regarding notification, but no water service delays or disruptions are scheduled to take place. This project is the continuation of a multi-phased project to improve water delivery to city water storage tanks that will allow our infrastructure run more efficiently, resulting in an overall benefit to our customers. COVID-19: Mohave County finishes the day at 51 confirmed cases

MOHAVE COUNTY (April 15, 2020) – The Mohave County Health Department MCDPH-Nursing staff was notified this afternoon of another positive COVID-19 case in the Kingman service area. This individual is in the 20-44 age range, is in isolation and is recovering at home. Nurses will initiate the contact investigation soon; At this time it cannot be determined if the case is epidemiologically-linked to another case or travel-related.
