BULLHEAD CITY — A Bullhead City drug bust produced a plea agreement entered Monday in Mohave County Superior Court. The deal convicts Mindy Spano, 47, of a charge reduced to attempted possession of narcotic drugs for sale.

Spano was arrested in November, 2020 when Bullhead City police responded to a report of three individuals attempting to gain access to a towing business property on in the 1100 block of Interstate Pl.

Deputy Mohave County attorney Jacob Chavez said officers seized 3.65 grams of heroin, a large amount of cash and a drug transaction ledger. Spano is eligible for probation but could also get up to five years in prison when sentenced December 19 by Mohave County Superior Court judge Megan McCoy.
