Betty Louise Packard, of Kingman, died Tuesday, January 13, 2026. She was 90. Mrs. Packard was born May 19, 1935 in Globe, Ariz. The family contact is her daughter Donna Louise Smitch. Arrangements were made by Sutton Memorial Funeral Home.
