BCFD Community Risk Reduction Clown Troupe

The Bullhead City Fire Department’s Community Risk Reduction Clowning program has become a community favorite and an effective way for our members to teach Fire and Life Safety messages at our local elementary schools.

This week our troupe hit the ground running as we gear up for Fire Prevention Week, which runs from October 6 – October 12.  Their characterization program allows team members to educate more than 2,500 children in the Tri-State area aged Preschool through 4th grade.

Every year the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) chose’s a theme that works to educate all ages about the importance of Fire Safety. Utilizing this years’ theme, Not Every Hero Wears a Cape. Plan and Practice Your Escape!

They encourage all to be Safety Hero’s!
