Annual Wag ‘n Wine slated for Oct. 19

BULLHEAD CITY – Tri-State Pain Institute and TSFC Insurance will be hosting a Wag ‘n Wine fundraiser to benefit SAINT. The event will be held Saturday, Oct. 19 beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the Realtor Conference Center, 841 Hancock Rd. Tickets are $30 per person and include a delicious meal catered by El Charro Mexican Restaurant and wine samples from around the world. There will be raffles, drawings, a new wine pull, and a Halloween costume contest. KINGMAN – Drugs and weapons were seized late Friday when Kingman police responded to a report that unconscious subjects were spotted inside a vehicle parked at a business in the 3400 block of Stockton Hill Road. David Joe Concepcion, 44, and Amber Rodriguez Copsey, 24, were taken into custody at about 11:00 p.m. “Copsey and Concepcion were found to be under the influence of drugs,” said deputy police chief Rusty Cooper. Rita J. Burchfield, 63, of Golden Valley, Ariz., passed away Sunday, September 22, 2019 at KRMC Joan and Diana Hospice Home. Rita was born in Bloomington, Ind., on March 10, 1956 to Raymond E. and Freeda M. (Frye) Terrell. She graduated from Bloomington High School North in Bloomington, Ind., and served in the U.S. Navy until her honorable discharge in 1976. She married Terry L. Burchfield on July 4, 1999. They celebrated 20 years of marriage. Rita enjoyed baking with her grandchildren, couponing, sewing, and her dachshunds. Rita was preceded in death by her parents. Rita is survived by her…
