Meth dealer is prison bound

BULLHEAD CITY – A Bullhead City man who repeatedly sold methamphetamine to a civilian confidential informant (CI) entered a plea agreement in Mohave County Superior Court on Tuesday, March 19. Terms of the deal for Stephen Martin, 60, require Mohave County Superior Court Judge Rick Lambert to order a 16-year prison term at a June 18 sentencing hearing. The agreement dismisses a 2018 theft of means of transportation case and a 2019 case involving weapon and drug paraphernalia charges. BULLHEAD CITY – A COVID-19 hotspot in Bullhead City was delicately addressed during Tuesday’s Mohave County Board of Supervisors meeting.
