Lake Havasu City Holiday Closures

LAKE HAVASU CITY – Lake Havasu City offices will be closed on Friday, Dec. 24, for the Christmas holiday and Friday, Dec. 31 for the New Year’s Day holiday.  Aquatic Center and Havasu Mobility services are unavailable. Police and Fire Department services are unaffected, however administrative offices are closed. All City offices resume normal schedules on Monday, Dec. 27 following the Christmas holiday and Monday, Jan. 3, 2022 following the New Year’s Day holiday. Rancho Santa Fe project update

KINGMAN – Kingman City Manager Ron Foggin is reporting progress with respect to the proposed Interstate 40 Rancho Santa Fe Interchange and Parkway project. Foggin expressed excitement in his Thursday afternoon memo to the Mayor and Council members. Foggin said Kingman has received an executed copy of the development agreement along with a check for $54,000 that was due to the city when the agreement was signed. Kingman massage parlors raided

Prostitution and money laundering suspected KINGMAN – A citizen complaint sparked a Kingman Police Department (KPD) investigation of suspected prostitution and money laundering activity related to alleged illegal massage parlor enterprises operating in Kingman. Officers seized cash, notes and ledgers and other possible evidence during Dec. 7 searches of five businesses and a home. A worried wife tipped off police in a July 16 letter. “The complainant stated that her husband has been frequenting Healthy Spa and he admitted to having sex with the owner identified as MIMI and other girls employed there,” the letter stated, according to court records….

MCSO seeking assistance in locating stolen motorhome

MOHAVE COUNTY – Mohave County Sheriff’s Office Deputies are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a stolen motorhome. On Wednesday (12/15), deputies received information that the motorhome had been stolen from the area of Black Rock Rd. (Interstate 15 exit 27). The vehicle was thought to have been stolen sometime Sunday evening or Monday morning (12/12 and 12/13). The motorhome is described as a 1997 Monaco Executive, white in color with green and gold decals.
