TI Project: Battling Bills summoned to Kingman

KINGMAN – The Kingman City Council is inviting its squabbling business partners to Kingman for a discussion of the Interstate 40 Rancho Santa Fe Traffic Interchange (TI) project. The special council meeting is planned Monday, March 11. Las Vegas businessmen Bill Lenhart and Bill Plise have been fighting with one another for control of KDP Manager, the entity partnering with the city to develop the TI. Fire burning north of Seligman at 100 acres

MOHAVE COUNTY – On March 5, Kingman Fire was requested through Arizona Department of Forestry for an initial attack on a wildland fire in Seligman,. Kingman Fire Department is responding with a type 6 brush unit and three personnel, Captain J. Gilbert, Firefighter M. Eads and Firefighter M. LaRue. The fire is approximately 10 miles north of Seligman, and approximately 100 acres in size with winds that are gusting at 40 mph. The Mohave Community College Small Business Development Center (MCC SBDC) will host two upcoming workshop, free and open to the public.
