Duane Louis Oliverius, 69, of Dolan Springs, AZ, passed away on March 20, 2024. He was born on June 9, 1954, in Lacrosse, KS. Duane served in the United States Air Force for four years and was stationed at Ellington AF base. After his military service, he pursued a career that reflected his passion for sports and recreation. He worked as a skilled carpenter in Las Vegas and later for the city of North Las Vegas in their parks and recreation department. KINGMAN- The Mohave County Master Gardeners is hosting a free class on self-watering buckets, Tuesday, April 9 at 5:00 p.m. This workshop will be held at the Mohave County Cooperative Extension, 101 E Beale St. Attendees are asked to bring several items for the class: two 5-gallon buckets, one quart-sized paint mixing cup, 2 feet of 1-inch PVC pipe, 4 inches of one-half inch poly pipe. All additional tools will be provided by the Master Gardeners.
