Dear Editor, This is the second commentary I’ve read by Ms. J.M. so I just wanted to give this one man’s opinion. Personally, I wish the Supreme Court had left Roe vs. Wade as it was. The courts and the government need to stay away and let people make their own choices because in the end it is God that judges us for our actions. 42 kids flown at local airport event

KINGMAN – On Saturday, May 18 the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) Chapter 765 held their annual Young Eagles event at the Kingman airport. In total four pilots with a like number of aircraft gave 42 kids from ages 8 to 17 a free airplane ride during the nearly five hour long event. Despite it being a workday, this write was able to get to the event and meet up with some of the participants. First was Dave Amspoker, vice president and Young Eagle coordinator for Chapter 765. Hoarder pleads guilty to mistreatment of animals

KINGMAN – Two protesters picketed outside the Mohave County Law and Justice Center as an alleged animal hoarder appeared for a change of plea hearing in downtown Kingman. The plea finally entered on Tuesday, May 21 came after a number of delays last year when Bette Fuschel, 78, claimed difficulty in arranging transportation from Dolan Springs. Various animal advocates have long complained that Fuschel should be the focus of more rigorous prosecution.
