KINGMAN – The Element Fire experienced outflow winds last evening that pushed the fire north into the Mount Tipton Wilderness. Firefighters will evaluate the full impact from the passing storm and rain.

LAKE HAVASU CITY – The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) will begin gathering wild burros this week in response to public safety concerns along State Route 95 just north of Lake Havasu City. The BLM will focus gather efforts in areas where burros are impacting local roadways and damaging private property.

LAKE HAVASU CITY – Significant drug seizure is reported following an Aug. 7 traffic stop in Lake Havasu City. The vehicle reportedly pulled over at about 4:43 a.m. in the 2600 block of Sweetwater Avenue.
