LAKE HAVASU CITY – ‘Twas the week before Christmas as the Lake Havasu Library was still providing arts and crafts classes that everyone could enjoy. BULLHEAD CITY – Bullhead City police said speed and possible impairment are factors of focus in the investigation of a traffic accident that seriously injured a local man. Sergeant Eddie Espinoza said an officer was southbound on highway 95 when a BMW motorcycle passed at a high rate of speed at about 9:20 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 24. To qualify for either list, students must be enrolled in 12 credit hours of coursework, be seeking their first bachelor’s degree, and have no incomplete grades during the semester.
