MOHAVE COUNTY – At their last board meeting, the Mohave County Board of Supervisors unanimously approved a letter of opposition regarding a proposed rule by the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) that would authorize the listing of “Natural Asset Companies” (NACs) as a novel investment vehicle on the New York Stock Exchange. LAKE HAVASU CITY – Lake Havasu City police report six arrests and significant drug seizures during separate traffic stops after Christmas. Sergeant Michael Terrinoni said officers confiscated approximately 2,100 fentanyl pills, 13 grams of fentanyl powder, 60 grams of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and a pistol on Dec. 28. MOHAVE COUNTY – Thinking of running for public office? A 2024 Future Leader Forum will be offered on Tuesday, Jan. 30 at 1251 Hwy. 95, Bullhead City.
