Bullhead City files condemnation docs with court BULLHEAD CITY – Bullhead City filed its eminent domain action in Mohave County Superior Court Friday afternoon. The City seeks Court-ordered condemnation in its bid to acquire the local assets of the EPCOR water company. Officials with the utility have promised to expend every resource available to fight what is expected to be a long and expensive legal battle. KINGMAN – Kingman Center for the Arts and the ArtHub will host a community art show from April 2 through May 9. The art may be viewed at 402 E. Beale St., from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The artist reception scheduled for April 4 and the Artist Talks & Treats scheduled for April 18 have been cancelled. The sick and the very elderly were typically pardoned but that was as far as grace was extended. BULLHEAD CITY – All Bullhead City parks remain open. Please practice social and physical distancing when visiting a city park. The city continues to clean and sanitize all park facilities frequently throughout the day. In fact, additional personnel have been hired to continue sanitizing park facilities. The city has moved picnic tables so that they are at least six feet or more apart. No parties are allowed in city parks, including no bouncy houses or inflatables. No ramada reservations are allowed.
